Shipping & Returns


We aim to have products mailed out for shipment within a maximum of 2 business days for Domestic & International both, After the order was placed. Domestic orders usually takes 3-5 business days & 10-12 days for International orders to delivered at your address. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched including your tracking information.

Also, When shipment is in Transit then customer can’t cancel the shipment in between. You can place cancellation request through mail at and one of our customer representative will get back to you in 24-48 hours for your concern. 


You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns (Domestic & International) and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please email us before returning or exchanging any products. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days for Domestic & 10 to 15 days for International), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
